Custom lanyards for the way your event works.
Conference badge lanyards, exhibition passes and concert credentials have different requirements. Start with the badge, the artwork and how the lanyard will be worn. We manufacture at our own factories in Taiwan and mainland China; the production location is confirmed for each order.
Conferences & exhibitions
Specify the badge or holder size, attachment point and quantities for attendees, exhibitors and staff. If your program uses several designs, list the quantity for each version.
Concerts & production teams
Plan the lanyard together with the credential. Share the pass dimensions, clip preference and artwork versions. Printed identification supports your event workflow; access permissions remain part of the organizer’s system.
Importers & promotional distributors
Send a customer brief or reference sample, branding requirements, quantity breakdown and delivery destination. Include individual packing or labeling requirements when requesting a quotation.

Four decisions before production.
Choose the construction
Discuss polyester, tubular or woven-logo options, along with width and finished length. Synthetic paper and PVC options in the specification map relate to wristbands; specify these separately from textile lanyards.
Match the artwork to the finish
Share your logo or layout for review. Dye sublimation, screen printing and woven logos suit different designs; colors, fine detail and print placement should be agreed before production.
Confirm the attachment & sample
Check the badge slot, hook, buckle and any safety-release requirement. Ask about sample availability and costs, and confirm which details the sample or artwork proof will demonstrate.
Agree on packing & delivery
Confirm quantities by design, packaging, destination and required arrival date. Minimum order quantity, sample timing, production lead time and shipping are quoted for the specification.
Before you request a lanyard quote
What information should I send?
Send the quantity per design, width and length if known, logo artwork, preferred printing, attachment, delivery country and latest acceptable arrival date. A reference photo is useful if the specification is not yet decided.
What is the minimum order quantity and lead time?
These depend on construction, printing, hardware and order quantity. Share your brief for confirmation; no single minimum or production schedule applies to every custom order.
Can you coordinate lanyards with credential cards?
We also supply custom PVC and RFID cards. Send the card dimensions and attachment requirements so the components can be specified together. RFID technology and system compatibility require separate confirmation.
